I offer one-on-one sessions in my Bryn Mawr studio using the Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis® methods.
You will do exercises in an organized deliberate sequence, using circular movements that enhance flexibility and strengthen your spine.
Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals.
